The function of water treatment agents and scale inhibitors is to delay, reduce or inhibit scaling.


The most commonly used scale inhibitor is to prevent the growth of scale crystals, which must be present in the water just formed when the small crystals are working from the water.


Inorganic phosphates: trisodium phosphate (Na3PO4), tetrasodium pyrophosphate (Na4P2O7), sodium hexametaphosphate (NaPO3) 6), and sodium tripolyphosphate (Na5P3O10).

Features:

Organophosphoric acid and its salts: aminotrimethylphosphonic acid (ATMP), ethylenediaminetetramethylphosphonic acid (EDTMP), and sodium hydroxyethylenediphosphate (HEDP).

1. Not easily hydrolyzed


2. Better anti scaling effect with low dosage


3. Good compatibility with other sewage treatment agents


4. The operating temperature can reach over 100 ℃


Polymers: polyacrylic acid (PAA), polyacrylamide (PMA), polymaleic anhydride (HPMA), etc. HPMA has a good effect in preventing CaSO4 and BaSO4 fouling.


Composite: Several single agents with different effects can be mixed in a certain proportion, and as long as they do not react with each other, have no counteracting effect, and play their respective characteristics, they can be compounded into a composite for use.
