PAA sewage treatment plants of different scales should be independent, while small-scale sewage treatment plants should reduce their impact on the environment. From the perspective of construction, operation, and management, it is not necessary to do very complex things. Emission standards can be appropriately relaxed. For large-scale sewage treatment plants, their impact on the environment should be strict.
