Performance and purpose:


EDTMPA is a nitrogen-containing organic polyphosphate, a cathodic corrosion inhibitor with a corrosion inhibition rate 3-5 times higher than inorganic polyphosphates. It can be mixed with water, non-toxic and pollution-free, has good chemical stability and temperature resistance, and still has good scale inhibition effect at 200 ℃. EDTMPA can dissociate into 8 positive and negative ions in aqueous solution, thus chelating with multiple metal ions to form multiple monomer structured macromolecular network complexes that are loosely dispersed in water, disrupting the normal crystallization of calcium deposits. EDTMPS has a good scale inhibition effect on calcium sulfate and barium sulfate scale.


EDTMPA is used as a corrosion and scale inhibitor for circulating water and boiler water, a complexing agent for cyanide free electroplating, a chelating agent for textile printing and dyeing industry, and an oxygen bleaching stabilizer.

Usage:


When added separately in the circulating cooling water, the general dosage is 2-10mg/L. After compounding EDTMPA and HPMA in a 1:3 ratio, they can be used for water treatment in low-pressure boiler furnaces. EDTMPS can also be used in combination with BTA, PAAS, zinc salts, etc.


Packaging and storage:


EDTMPA is packaged in plastic drums, weighing 25kg per drum or depending on user needs. Store in a cool indoor place with a storage period of six months.


Safety and Protection:


EDTMPA is weakly alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation and avoid contact with eyes and skin. Once in contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
