Scale and corrosion inhibitors, also known as corrosion and scale inhibitors, were initially referred to as water quality stabilizers or water stabilizers, sometimes abbreviated as scale inhibitors. It is used to solve scaling and corrosion in the system.

1、 Purpose and usage method:

Scale and corrosion inhibitors are mainly used for scale and corrosion inhibition in circulating cooling water. Mainly used in the following industries:

A. Thermal power plants do not use this chemical in hydroelectric power generation. The power generation process of thermal power plants is to use coal and hot water in boilers to convert water into high-pressure steam. The high-pressure steam drives the turbine to generate electricity, and after power generation, the high-pressure steam becomes low-pressure steam. Low pressure steam is cooled into liquid water by circulating cooling water in the condenser and then returned to the boiler.

B. Chemical, fertilizer, and petrochemical plants use circulating cooling water to cool hot media into cold media

C. Heating water system

D. Metallurgical industries such as steel mills

E. Oilfield oil production plant. At present, a part of the oil produced in the oilfield is oil, and the other part is water. After the separation of oil and water, the water needs to return to the ground, which is called reinjection water. If no medication is added to the reinjection water, it may cause scaling and blockage of the pipeline or pipeline corrosion.

2、 Usage:

Each ton of water requires approximately 0.05-0.10 kilograms of medication.

Packaging and storage, safety and protection

For convenience of use, 25L plastic drums are usually used for packaging, with a net weight of 25 kilograms per drum. Store in a well ventilated and cool place, with a standard storage period of ten months.

Scale and corrosion inhibitors are non flammable, non explosive, basically non-toxic and non hazardous, and are only weak organic acids. After contact with eyes or skin, simply rinse with water as soon as possible.
