With the development of, the pressure of urban water resource shortage is increasing. To investigate the root cause of urban water crisis, people are increasingly realizing that the social cycle of water exceeds the range that the natural cycle of water can carry. Therefore, only by fully respecting the natural movement laws of water, using water resources reasonably, and ensuring that the water cycle in the upstream area does not affect the water function of the downstream water body, and the social cycle does not damage the objective laws of natural circulation, can we maintain or restore a good water environment in cities and even the basin, which is an effective way for sustainable utilization of water resources. This requires us to shift from a one-way open water use model of "water intake, water delivery, user discharge" to a feedback loop process of "moderate water intake, water delivery, user recycled water", in order to improve water utilization efficiency. The key to achieving this significant shift in water usage patterns is to strengthen the recycling and utilization of wastewater. With the advancement of science and technology, urban sewage is no longer wastewater, but a valuable resource. Since it is a resource, it needs to be fully utilized. Improving the recycling rate of urban sewage can reduce pollutant emissions and save limited water resources.
