Performance and purpose:

LK-318, a special scale and corrosion inhibitor for power plants, is a composite of organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, carbon steel corrosion inhibitor, and copper corrosion inhibitor. It has good chelating and dispersing effects on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, etc. in water, and has a good corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel and copper.

Mainly used for corrosion and scale inhibition in circulating cooling water systems, such as power plants, chemical plants, petrochemicals, steel and other circulating cooling water systems, with good corrosion inhibition effect and strong scale inhibition force.

Usage:

Add the required corrosion and scale inhibitor LK-318 to the plastic dosing bucket (or box) every day. For convenience, water can be added to dilute the mixture. Then, use a metering pump or adjust the valve to continuously add the inhibitor at the inlet of the circulation pump (i.e. the outlet of the collection tank). The concentration of the inhibitor is generally between 5-20mg/L (calculated by replenishing water).

Packaging and storage:

The corrosion and scale inhibitor LK-318 is packaged in plastic drums, with a weight of 25kg/drum, 200kg/drum, or determined according to user needs; Store in a cool and dry place for a storage period of twelve months.

The corrosion and scale inhibitor LK-318 is weakly acidic. When operating, pay attention to labor protection and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. After contact, rinse with clean water.
