Performance and purpose:

This product is composed of organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, carbon steel corrosion inhibitor, etc. It has a good chelating and dispersing effect on calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, etc. in water, and has a good corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel. It is mainly used for corrosion and scale inhibition in the circulating cooling water system of steel plants, with good corrosion inhibition effect and strong scale inhibition force.

Usage:

Add the daily required scale and corrosion inhibitor LK-319 into the plastic dosing bucket (or box). For convenience, water can be added to dilute the solution and the agent can be continuously added at the inlet of the circulation pump (i.e. the outlet of the collection tank) using a metering pump or by adjusting the valve. The dosage concentration is generally between 5-20ppm (based on the amount of supplementary water).

Packaging and storage:

Plastic drum packaging, 25kg or 200kg per drum or determined according to user needs; Store in a cool and dry place for one year.

Safety and Protection:

For acidic liquids, pay attention to labor protection during operation and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. After contact, rinse with plenty of water.
