Performance and purpose:

LK-1100 is a salt partially neutralized by low molecular weight polyacrylic acid (PAA) homopolymer. LK-1100 can separate microcrystals or sediment of salts such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate in water without precipitation, thus achieving the purpose of scale inhibition. LK-1100 is a commonly used dispersant, which is not only used as a scale inhibitor dispersant in circulating cooling water systems, but also widely used in industries such as papermaking and textile, printing and dyeing, porcelain, coatings, sugar processing, etc. (Performance equivalent to the ACUMER 1100 of Rohm&Haas)

Usage:

LK-1100 is applied as a scale inhibitor for circulating cooling water and boiler water. Used alone, generally with a concentration of 10-30mg/L. When using dispersants in other industries, the dosage should be determined based on experiments.

Packaging and storage:

LK-1100 is packaged in plastic drums, with a weight of 25kg or 250kg per drum. Store in a cool indoor place for a storage period of ten months.

Security protection:

LK-1100 is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. After contact, rinse with plenty of water.
