Performance and purpose:

Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a water-soluble polymer that is insoluble in most organic solvents. It has good flocculation properties and can reduce the frictional resistance between liquids. According to its ionic properties, it can be divided into four types: non-ionic, anionic, cationic, and amphoteric. It is widely used in industrial sectors such as water treatment, papermaking, petroleum, coal, mining and metallurgy, geology, light textile, and construction.

Usage:

When used alone, it should be prepared as a dilute solution, usually with a concentration of 0.1-0.3% (referring to solid content). Neutral and low hardness water should be used for dissolution, and the water should not contain suspended substances and inorganic salts.

2. When treating different types of sewage or sludge, suitable products should be selected based on the treatment process and water quality. The dosage of chemicals should be determined based on the concentration of the treated water or the moisture content of the sludge

3. Carefully select the placement point and stirring speed, ensuring that the polyacrylamide dilute solution is evenly placed while avoiding the breakage of the flocs.

4. After preparing the solution, it should be used as soon as possible.

Packaging and storage:

PAM is packaged in polyethylene plastic bags and woven bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag. Store in a cool and dry warehouse for one year.

Safety and Protection:

Weak acidity, pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. After contact, rinse with plenty of water.
